About the System
The NTDA Online Accreditation of Hospitality and Tourism Enterprises web application is part of the digitization strategy of the Hospitality & Travel Trade Department of the Nigerian Tourism Development Authority.
The system handles online Registration and Accreditation of all hospitality and tourism establishments and enterprises nationwide, including processing renewals and CAC pre-registration verification.
Establishments that fall within the tourism domain include:
- Hotels, Motels, Guest Houses, Inns, Holiday Camps
- Restaurants
- Travel Agencies, Tour Operators
- Car Hire Services
- Souvenir Enterprises
- Other tourism and hospitality promoters

Getting Started
How to Sign Up
- Click Sign Up from the menu bar or sidebar
- Enter your First Name and Last Name (Surname)
- Choose a Username
- Enter your Email address (cannot be changed later)
- Create a Password and confirm it
- Click Create Your Account
- Check your email for an activation link and click it
- Your account is now activated and ready to use
IMPORTANT: Use a corporate or official email that is strictly bound to your company. Your email is central for tracking your registration operations and cannot be changed later.
How to Sign In
- Click Sign In from the menu bar or sidebar
- Enter your Username and Password
- Complete the reCAPTCHA verification
- Click Sign In
- You will be redirected to your dashboard
Accreditation Process
Accrediting a New Establishment
- After signing in, click Accreditation Operations on the menu bar
- Select the appropriate category (Accommodation, Food Services, or Tourism Enterprises)
- Click New [Category] Establishment
- Fill in the required details on the form
- Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
- You can save partially completed forms and update later
- Click Save when completed
- Check Are you ready for assessment? when ready for review
Completing Detailed Information
The registration forms include several sections with detailed information required for proper classification and grading:
- Accommodation Establishments: Managers, Facilities, Security, Room Statistics, Food and Beverage, Recreational Facilities, and more
- Food Services: Managers, Facilities, Security, Cost Information, Cuisines Offered, Staffing Category
- Tourism Enterprises: Managers, Representatives, Facilities, Security
Use the Templates button at the top of forms to navigate between sections easily.
Renewals Process
Initiating a Renewal
- Navigate to your establishment directory
- Click Renew on the row of the outlet you want to renew
- Click Initiate a Renewal
- Fill in the renewal details form
- Update any new facilities or services acquired since last registration
- Click Save when completed
- Check Are you ready for assessment? when ready for review
Tracking Renewals
Use these features to manage your renewals:
- Renewals Due: View establishments with upcoming renewals
- Renewals History: Track all past and current renewal requests
- Automatic Notifications: The system sends reminders 30 days before renewal is due
Payment Process
Making Payments
- After your registration or renewal is approved, click Make Payment
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway
- Complete the payment process
Uploading Receipts
- If you pay offline, click Upload Receipt
- Select the payment receipt file
- Add any necessary comments
- Click Upload to submit
Payment History
Track your financial transactions:
- Payments History: View all online payments made

Public Search
Anyone can search the accreditation directory without logging in:
- Go to the Home page
- Use the search box in the center of the page
- Search by name, state, local government, or tourism category
- View search results with basic establishment information
Making Complaints
- Click Enquiries & Complaints from the sidebar or Accreditation Operations menu
- Enter your enquiry or complaint details
- Click Send to submit
- A copy will be sent to your email address
Exporting Data
Most lists and details pages offer export options:
- Export to JSON, PDF, Excel, or CSV formats
- Print directly from the browser
- Copy to clipboard for quick sharing
